Two things move the price: how heavy the box is, and how far it goes. Everything else on a real order — addresses, contents, insurance — is paperwork.

A zone is the distance band USPS assigns to your origin and destination pair. Look-up from a ZIP code arrives at launch; for now, pick the band.
